Directions:1. Place roast in large pan or Instant Pot and cover with water 2. Add next 7 ingredients 3. Cook covered for 8 hours over low heat (or at least 80 minutes in instant pot) 4. Remove bone (if any) and fat and shred meat 5. Serve over tortilla chips that have been crumbled in individual plates 6. Add toppings on top of mixture |
