1 cup ketchup
1 cup rice wine vinegar
1 cup water
1 cup sugar

2 tbsp cornstarch
1 onion sliced
1 sliced orange
1 green pepper sliced
1 xxx of pineapple

Directions:
Directions:
1. in a sauce pan add equal amounts of ketchup, sugar, water and vinegar. Simmer until sugar is dissolved.
2. Add the remaining ingredients, the fruit is optional. Any of your favorite fruit will do.
3. Simmer for 5 - 8 minutes until onion and pepper are cooked.

Use this sauce to replace the sweet and sour pork sauce, or use it as a base for sweet and sour fish.
