2 pkg Jimmy Dean sausage
1 med onion, diced
2 cans Italian stewed tomatoes
2 cans tomato paste
1 pkg Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp minced garlic
Lasagna noodles
Mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese
Filling
1 cup cottage cheese
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tbsp parsley
Salt and pepper
1/2 cup Parmesan

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles until just soft
Fry sausage in olive oil and butter
Sauté onions, add seasoning, tomatoes, tomato paste,
Salt and pepper, garlic

Simmer 20 minutes
While sauce is simmering in a small bowl add
Eggs, parsley, Parmesan cheese, cottage cheese,
Salt and pepper, mix together
Add egg mixture to sauce ,
Place some of the sauce on bottom of pan, put noodles,
sauce, mozzarella., cheese, sprinkle Parmesan, make about
2 to 3 layers, so last layer should be sauce, put mozzarella cheese
On top sprinkle with more Parmesan cheese.
Bake 350 for 35 minutes or until cheese on top is melted
and bubbly
