1 ¾ cup all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
½ cup butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
¼ cup sour cream (or vanilla yogurt)
2 mashed overripe bananas
chia seeds, flax seeds sprinkle in to liking (optional)




Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix flour, baking soda, salt, chia seeds and flax seeds in large bowl. Make well in the centre.
2. In another bowl, cream the butter, sugar and one egg. Beat in second egg. Mix in sour cream and banana.
3. Pour into well of flour mixture and stir to mix.
4. Cook at 375 ºC for 18 to 22 minutes.

*recipe can be double
