1 can tuna, drained
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
cup CheezWhiz
1 tsp. dried green pepper (we can never find this and always leave it out)
tsp. celery salt
tsp. black pepper
1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper (but I always double this, if not more)
2 cups shell macaroni, cooked
cup water
3 slices American cheese
cup crushed potato chips (sour cream & onion Ruffles are good here)
1 can peas, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except sliced cheese and potato chips. Spoon mixture into a greased 1 quart casserole. Top with cheese slices and potato chips. Bake at 350 for 30 mins.
