1 can drained peas
1 can drained French green beans, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 little jar chopped pimentos
1 green pepper, chopped
1 cup vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup water

Directions:
In sauce pan, add water, vinegar, and sugar. Heat until sugar is dissolved, then pour over pea mixture when cool. Put in refrigerator overnight. Next day, drain and serve.
