1 1/2 lbs round steak
1 green pepper
1 onion
1 can 3 oz mushrooms
1 can beef bouillon
2 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp dry vermouth
pinch of nutmeg, dash of garlic powder
2 tsp cornstarch
Cooking oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. cut round steak into 1/2 inch sticks
2. slice pepper and onion into strips
3. In a wok or a large frying pan brown the meat, peppers and onion using a small amount of oil.
4. Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl, making sure to mix the cornstarch in until smooth
5. Add the mixture to the cooked meat stirring until the liquid thickens
6. reduce the heat and let simmer for 3-5 minutes.

Serve over rice or ramen noodles
