Ingredients:  
1 pkg. Kraft Mac and Cheese in a box, (I like the yellow cheese for this)
2 T butter, melted
1/2 c chopped onion
1 can chopped tomatoes
1 T parsley flakes
4 slices Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Cook macaroni, drain, and reserve.
In a large skillet, saute chopped onion in butter until tender.
Add can of tomatoes and the parsley, (crush up parsley in your hand first).
Simmer on low for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Turn off the heat, and add cheese packed, stirring constantly until cheese is thoroughly blended.
Gently stir in reserved macaroni.
Pour into a greased, shallow 2 qt baking dish.
Bake for 20 min.
Remove and top with Cheddar slices.
Return to oven and bake until the cheese is melted, and slightly brown. about 5 min.
