¼ cup maple syrup
2 tablespoons Grey Poupon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon minced garlic
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
¼ teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)
4 salmon filets (1 pound)
1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 5 ingredients. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Heat grill to medium-high heat. Brush fish with oil. Grill 4 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily with a fork, brushing frequently with syrup mixture. This can also be cooked in a skillet: Brush fish with oil. Heat skillet on medium-high heat. Add fish; cook 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork, turning and brushing occasionally with syrup mixture.
