2 lbs. skinless, boneless chicken breast, cut in strips
1 4oz. can chopped green chilies
1 cup light sour cream
1 can reduced fat cream of chicken soup
1 cup cheddar cheese (2% milk fat)
8 wheat or flour tortillas


Directions:
Directions:
Brown chicken in a skillet with cooking spray. Add green chilies during the last 2 mins. Combine sour cream and cream of chicken soup, heat over medium heat. Cover bottom of casserole dish with ½ cup of soup mixture. Put 1 ½ T of soup mixture in the middle of each tortilla, follow with 3-4 strips of chicken, 2 T cheese. Roll the tortilla and place in casserole dish.
Cover tortillas with remaining sauce. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Place in oven and bake at 350 for 30 mins.
