1 1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 cup ketchup
1/3 cup tomato juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
3/4 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup onions
2 tsp mustard


1/4 cup ketchup
1/2 tsp mustard
2 Tbsp brown sugar

Combine ketchup, tomato juice, salt, pepper, bread crumbs, onions and mustard until well blended. Add ground beef and combine. Line bread pan with aluminum foil. Form meat mixture into loaf and place in pan. Combine topping ingredients and spread on top of loaf. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes. Drain fat. Rest at least 5 minutes before serving.
