"As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy, and to make plans."--Ernest Hemingway

Angela Vrba

1 can Rotel
2 cans chicken broth
2 cans diced tomatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 diced onion
2 c. salsa (the cheap kind works as well as any)
1 c. water
1/2 T. garlic salt
1 T. cumin
2 c. shredded chicken
1-2 yellow squash, diced
2 zucchini, diced

Pour all ingredients into a large stockpot and heat to boiling. Stir occasionally so chicken doesn't stick. Reduce heat and cook until onions and squash are done. Garnish with cilantro and tortilla chips. You might also like to add sour cream and cheddar cheese.
