1 lb ripe blueberries
3 1/2 cup sugar
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp ground cloves
1/2 of a 6 oz pkg (1 foil pouch) liquid fruit pectin

Directions:
Directions:
Wash blueberries and remove stems. Crush 1/2 berries at a time with slotted spoon or potato masher. Measure 2 cups berries. In large pan combine berries, sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon, and cloves. Bring to a full rolling boil. Stir in pectin, return to boil. Boil 1 minute stirring constantly. Quickly skim off foam with a metal spoon. Immediately ladling jam into hot, sterilized half-pint canning jars leaving 1/4 inch head space. Wipe jar rims and adjust lids. Process in boiling water canner for 5 minutes. (start timing when boil begins). Remove jars from canner, cool on rack.
