3 cups mashed sweet potatoes (boil, then peel and mash)
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
1/2 c butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 cup flour
1 cup chopped pecans
1/3 cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Butter a casserole dish. Mix potatoes, sugar, milk, eggs, 1/2 cup butter, and vanilla. Spread into dish. In a separate bowl mix flour, pecans, and 1/3 cup butter. Spread over sweet potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
