1 pkg white cake mix
1 pkg pistachio instant pudding
1 cup salad oil
1 cup 7-up or ginger ale
3 eggs
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans

Frosting

1 pkg pistachio instant pudding
1/2 cup milk
9 oz container Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl add cake mix, pistachio pudding, salad oil, 7-up or ginger ale, eggs, and nuts; mix well. Bake at 350 degrees in a 9 x 13 greased pan until done, approximately 30-35 minutes.

Frosting

Mix pistachio instant pudding, milk, and Cool Whip.

Keep refrigerated after frosting.
