Ingredients:
Ingredients:
8 jalapeņos { if you like your salsa very hot use 10 or 12}
15 green tomatillos, peeled, and washed
1 small onion
1 clove of garlic
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Bring to a boil the jalapeņos first. After boiling about 6 minutes add the green to6matillos in the same
water. Boil until both look light in color.

place in blender along with onion, salt, pepper and garlic. blend until all is very dissolved.

If I'm going to use this as a table salsa, i add a bunch of cilantro.
In a skillet put a little bit of oil, and place a small whole onion, allow it to brown then add the salsa to boil for about 5 minutes.

Note. If you really like your salsa hot, look for jalapeņos which have little scratches on them. If they
look smooth and very green; it means they aren't hot. Another way is to remove all the seeds if you
don't like hot, and spicy food.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This can be used for green enchiladas, over tostadas, and pretty much how ever you chose to use it.
Again, this is probably something Austyn, will make and eat often. He loves hot and spicy food. A
true Mexican, he is! Love this boy, and so proud of him.
