3 egg yolks
1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup milk
1 1/4 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg

1 T unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup cold water

3 egg whites
1/2 cup sugar

1 pie shell, baked

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg yolks and sugar until thick.

Mix second set of ingredients; cook in double boiler until thick, then add to first mixture.

Dissolve gelatin and water; add to mixture.

Beat egg whites and sugar until thick, and add to mixture.

Pour all this into the baked pie shell. Top with whipped cream. Refrigerate.
