1 lb. brown sugar
1 pt. whipping cream
1 lb. butter
1 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first three ingredients in saucepan. Bring to a slow boil. Cook until sugar is completely dissolved. Stir in pecans. Cool. Can be made ahead and stored in refrigerator--keeps for weeks. Rewarm in microwave on thaw for about 2 to 3 minutes to serve. Great served with French toast, waffles or pancakes.
