c. canola oil
c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. whole milk
3 c. rolled oats
1 c. fruit (you can use mixed berries, peaches, apples, etc.)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
c. brown sugar to sprinkle on top before baking

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease an 8 X 8 square baking pan. Cream the oil, sugar and eggs together. Add the rest of the ingredients, except the fruit. Pour half of the batter in the greased pan. Top with fruit and then the remaining batter. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake for 45 minutes.
