2 c. flour
½ c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
1½ c. buttermilk
2 eggs
½ c. oil
1 tsp. lemon rind
1 c. fresh blueberries
Glaze:
Juice of a lemon
¾ c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°. Grease a donut pan with vegetable spray. Mix all ingredients in mixing bowl, except the blueberries. Mix until incorporated. Fold in blueberries. Spoon batter into donut pan and bake for 18-20 minutes. Mix lemon juice and sugar for glaze in a small saucepan on low, while donuts are baking. Cool donuts in pan for 10 minutes than invert them onto individual dessert plates. Spoon glaze over top of donuts and serve warm.
