2lbs Salmon
2 T Za'atar spice (Alternatives: dukkah or a mix of thyme, oregano, toasted sesames seeds)
1 Lemon or lemon juice
1 C Bread crumbs
2 T Butter or Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
-Warm skillet with butter or oil med-high heat
-Pat Salmon dry with a paper towel (remove skin)
-Dash with salt & pepper and cover with bread crumbs on each side
-Sear salmon a few minutes on each side, remove from heat and set on oven pan.
-Drizzle with olive oil and season with za'atar spice
-Bake for 10 min or until flaky, sprinkle with lemon juice and enjoy!
