4 cups chicken stock ... 2 cups water
2 cups cooked cut-up chicken
1 pkg. Rice A Roni wild rice mix
1/2 tsp. salt & pepper ... 3/4 cup. flour
1/2 cup butter ... 2 cups heavy cream (I use 2% milk)

Directions:
Directions:
In stock pot on medium heat, bring to slow boil the chicken, stock and water. Then stir in rice (but not the seasoning pkg). Cover, remove from heat. In a saucepan on medium heat, melt butter then add the seasoning pkg., stir until bubbly. Reduce heat, stir in flour little at a time while stirring. Whisk in the milk and let thicken. Stir into chicken/rice mixture. Let heat up for 10-15 mins.

This is Stacia's favorite along with the potato soup too! You can always add onion, garlic, celery, ham, etc. but Stacia likes it just the way to recipe says.
