1 lb lean ground beef
One 2 oz can sliced black olives
2 c salsa
½ c chopped green onions
One 16 ounce can chili beans(drained)
3 c tortilla chips, crushed
½ c chopped fresh tomatoes
2 c sour cream
2 c shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. In large skillet over med-high heat, cook ground beef till no longer pink. Stir in salsa, reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Stir in beans and heat through. Spray 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray. Spread crushed tortilla chips in dish, then spoon beef mixture over chips. Spread sour cream over beef, sprinkle olives, green onions, and tomato over sour cream. Top with cheddar cheese. Bake for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly!

Note: want to add a little kick? Use hot salsa sauce or med/hot chili beans, mexican shredded cheese.
