8 ounces spaghetti pasta
One 8 oz sour cream
1# ground beef
1 C shredded mozzarella (divided)
¼ C chopped onion
1 jar meatless spaghetti sauce
½ C Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Grease 13x9 baking dish. Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Add spaghetti and stir frequently. Boil pasta till cooked through but still firm (8-10 min) Drain well. Add onion to large pot to sauté, adding beef when onion is soft. Cook beef/onion mixture till beef is no longer pink. Stir in spaghetti sauce, sour cream, ½ C shredded cheese. Mix in the cooked pasta. Transfer pasta mixture to 13x9 pan. Top with remaining shredded cheese and parmesan. Cover pan with foil. Bake until hot and bubbly…about 40 minutes!

Note: More items may be added to the beef while cooking. Mushrooms, green pepper, garlic, tomatoes, more cheese!
