Ingredients:  
1st Layer: 1 cup Flour, 1 Stick butter, softened, and 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Crumble with fork and press into 9 X13 Pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes and cool.

2nd Layer - Softened 8 oz cream cheese, 1 cup Cool Whip and 1 cup powdered sugar. Mix together and pour over first layer.

3rd Layer - 2 small pkgs. of chocolate instant pudding and 3 cups milk. Mix and pour over 2nd layer.

4th Layer - Put a layer of cool whip and nuts over top.

Worth every minute:) This can be used with Butterscotch or any other flavored pudding - experiment.
