2/3 C cooking oil
2 C flour
2 C sugar
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 C Hershey's Cocoa
2 C boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
preheat oven to 350 degrees

Prep 13 x 9 pan by greasing and flouring or use non-stick spray

combine all ingredients in a large bowl or mixer. Mix till well blended and smooth.

Pour into prepared cake pan and place into oven.

Bake 40-50 mins till toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.

Let cool completely

Frost as desired

This is a very moist cake - do not use for layer cakes.

This recipe is great for those with basic food allergies - no dairy, eggs, peanuts or tree nuts. You can substitute gluten free flour for regular flour to make this recipe gluten free as well.
