3 C cold water
1 C tapioca pearls
1 can crushed pineapple including juice
1 can pineapple chunks (drain juice)
1 C sugar
1/8 tsp cinnamon (optional)
Maraschino Cherries

Directions:
Directions:
In a 2 qt saucepan put in the water (make sure it is cold as this will help to make sure that the tapioca does not clump) and tapioca pearls.

Bring to boil and reduce heat stirring constantly to avoid clumps when thickened remove from heat.

Add - the pineapple both types and sugar. You can also add cinnamon at this point as well but it is optional.

Mix until all is combined and sugar is dissolved.

Let cool slightly and pour into 4 oz cups

Top each cup with a Cherry (optional)
