4 tbsp. butter
⅓ c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 c. ham
2 c. Velveeta cheese
4 qt. mashed potatoes
2 c. sour cream
bacon
1½ c. milk
2 cans of cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Fry onions, Worcestershire sauce, and ham in butter. Put in bottom of roaster. Combine cheese, soup, and milk. Layer over ham. Combine mashed potatoes and sour cream. Spread on top. Top with bacon. Bake at 350° for 1½ hours. Do not add salt.
