1/2 lb dry fettucccini
1/2 C Vinaigrette dressing
20 medium shrimp
2 tbsp. minced garlic
1 tbsp. butter
6 oz reduced cream
4 oz Boursin cheese
3 tbsp Parm cheese
1 tbsp Parm cheese & parsley grated

Directions:
Directions:
Boil fettuccini to al dente / drain well
Marinate shrimp for an hour
Remove shrimp and grill then set aside
Saute garlic in butter
Add the cream and Boursin cheese /simmer for a minute
Add pasta and Parm to the pan and toss. Then pour into a bowl and top w/shriimp
Put Parm and parsley on top
