1 lb. Swiss cheese, shredded
1 c. diced onions
c, diced green peppers
I box frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 lb. sausage, fried
16 eggs
c. half and half
tsp. pepper
tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Layer ingredients in a greased 9x13 inch pan in order given. Whisk together well, then pour over ingredients in pan. Bake uncovered for 40 minutes, then cover with foil and bake another 10 minutes or until set. Serving Suggestion: Serve this with sour cream and salsa and Finnish Coffee Cake.
