cups flour
3 eggs (beaten)
2 tsp cinnamon
1 c. sugar
tsp. baking soda
⅔ c. pumpkin
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. ginger

1 cup powder sugar
8 oz cream cheese
1 tbsp butter
tsp vanilla

Grease jelly roll pan and line with wax paper, grease again and dust with flour. Spread mixture evenly on cookie sheet and sprinkle with chopped nuts. Bake at 375 for 10 to 15 minutes. Dust dish towel (not terry) with powder sugar. Roll cake up in towel and let cool. Unroll and add filling, re-roll and refrigerate.
