25 – 30 fresh mushrooms
1 pkg. Jimmy Dean hot sausages
1 med. Onion, minced
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. garlic powder
Directions:
Directions:
Wash mushrooms, pop out stem. Fry sausage and onion till well done. Let cool about 10 minutes and mix with chilled cream cheese. Spoon stuffing into mushrooms and fill to heaping on top. Bake on cookie sheet on center rack of oven at 350° Bake for 15 minutes. Cookie sheet will fill with juice when done.
