20 oz uncooked rice
4 lemons, juiced
15 oz olive oil
pine nuts
2 lbs onions, chopped fine
large jar of grape leaves
Dill and mint leaves, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Brown rice, onions, mint, dill, and pine nuts in oil. When brown pour lemon juice over all. Roll mixture in grape leaves that have been washed well and twig clipped. Roll about the size of a Vienna sausage. Place in pan and set plate on top to keep down. Add water to cover and cook for 30 minutes.
