Blueberry Apple Crisp Recipe

4 cups flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 cup oil
2 teaspoons vanilla
4 teaspoons baking powder

5 chopped apples
1/2 cup sugar
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
2 Tablespoons water
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 can blueberry pie filling

Mix crumb mixture by hand
Divide dough in half
Pat half of dough into bottom of a greased 9x13 pan (or pyrex dish)
Mix apples, sugar, lemon juice, water, cinnamon and pour on top of dough
Spread blueberry pie filling over apple mixture, sprinkle the rest of crumb mixture on top
Bake at 350 for 50 minutes
