2nd cut brisket
BBQ Sauce (Bulls Eye, Mikees etc.)
Baguettes/Taco Shells/ Round Wontons

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate brisket in BBQ sauce, put into a pan.
Pour some more sauce over it and bake covered until soft.
Shred the meat.
Serve in baguettes or tacos or on round wontons.
If using the round wonton dough, spread them out on a cookie sheet, spray with pam and toast in oven till golden brown.

Bake the meat on 250- approximately 2 hours per a pound of meat.
