3 cloves garlic, finely minced
8 ounces extra-sharp white cheddar, grated
8 ounces cream cheese
½ cup Hellman’s mayonnaise
½ cup pimento peppers, diced
1 teaspoon Tabasco
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
Dash of Lawry’s seasoned salt
Dash of paprika
Dash of white pepper
Dash of freshly ground black pepper
Dash of cayenne pepper
Dash of dry mustard
Dash of garlic powder
Dash of dried oregano
Dash or dried thyme
12 slices sourdough bread
Butter for grilling, softened

Combine all ingredients in a food processor, scraping down sides, until well combines and soft. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Bring back to room temperature and spread on half the sourdough slices. Spread outer sides of bread with softened butter. Sauté in heated pan until bread is toasted golden brown. Serve at room temperature.
