Ingredients:  
2 c. flour
tsp salt
1 T. baking powder
c. cold butter
2 tsp. sugar
2/3 c. cold milk
tsp. cream of tarter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together dry ingredients. Cut in butter and add milk just until moist. Leave lumpy, do not knead, just push together until it holds. Flatten 1/2 thick and cut out with a glass. Bake at 450 for 10 minutes.
