2 c. flour ¼ tsp salt 1 T. baking powder ½ c. cold butter 2 tsp. sugar 2/3 c. cold milk ½ tsp. cream of tarter
Mix together dry ingredients. Cut in butter and add milk just until moist. Leave lumpy, do not knead, just push together until it holds. Flatten 1/2” thick and cut out with a glass. Bake at 450° for 10 minutes.
