1 T. dry yeast
1 ½ c. warm water
4 – 4 ½ c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 T. honey

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl combine yeast and warm water. Allow to stand; it will form bubbles. Add salt and honey. Add flour gradually until dough forms a ball. Knead a few times. Roll until approximately 9x13”. Cut in ½” strips. Melt butter. Roll each stick in butter and lay side by side in pan. Sprinkle with garlic salt, Parmesan cheese, sesame seeds, or poppy seeds, etc. Can be baked immediately for crusty bread sticks or allow to raise 15 – 30 minutes for puffy bread sticks. Bake at 400° for 12 – 15 minutes or until golden brown on top. Makes about 24 bread sticks.
