Pasta of your choice
1-pint organic heavy whipping cream
½ pound Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
½ teaspoon white pepper
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
½ teaspoon sea salt
3 – 4 sprigs fresh basil, or to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions. Heat cream in a heavy saucepan over medium heat until right before cream comes to a boil. Add grated Parmesan cheese, white pepper, nutmeg, sea salt, and basil. Reduce to low heat and stir vigorously to thoroughly incorporate the cheese. Reduce this sauce until desired consistency is reached. Remove basil and discard or if you like the basil in your alfredo sauce, give it a rough chop and return it to the sauce.
