Dressing


Ingredients:

2 c. diced rotisserie chicken
1 green pepper, diced
1 c. black beans, drained
1 c. sweet yellow corn (canned or frozen and thawed
2 roma tomatoes, diced
1 large romain heart, washed and chopped
2 just under ripe avocados, diced
2 c. crushed tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, stir all salad ingredients together, excluding the tortilla chips and avocado.
 

Dressing

1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 T. ranch seasoning
1/2 T. taco seasoning
1/2 T. lime juice
salt and papper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, stir all dressing ingredients together until smooth. When ready to serve, toss the salad with dressing then gently stir in avocados and tortilla chips.
