Ingredients:  
1 pound of butter
1 package of brown sugar
1 egg
6 cups of flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and butter. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Shape into 3 rolls and wrap in waxed paper. Chill in "ice box" for 24 hours before baking.

Slice, place on greased cookie sheets, and bake at 350º until lightly brown.
