1 Cup Shredded Chicken
Cup Red Onion
1 Can Rotel Diced Tomatoes
5 Eggs
Cup Chopped Black Olives
1 Cup Half and Half
1 Cup Shredded cheese
1 9 Deep Dish Pie Shell

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400. Place pie shell on cookie sheet. Whisk eggs and half/.half in a medium bowl. Stir in rotel, 1 cup cheese, olives, onions, salt and pepper to taste. Pour in pie shell and add chicken, sprinkle remaining cheese evenly on top. Bake for 45 minutes.
