2 cans whole water chestnuts
½ cup Soy Sauce
¼ cup brown sugar
Bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate water chestnuts in Soy Sauce for 30 minutes. Roll chestnuts in sugar. Cut bacon in strips just long enough to wrap around each chestnut. Secure with toothpicks. Arrange in shallow pan. Bake for 30 minutes at 400º. (Place on racks on top of the shallow pan to avoid too much bacon grease).
