3 cups thinly sliced zucchini
1 cup Bisquick baking mix
cup finely chopped onion
cup grated Parmesan Cheese
tsp. salt
2 tbsp. snipped parsley
tsp. dried marjoram or oregano leaves
Dash of pepper
1 clove of chopped garlic
cup vegetable oil
4 eggs, slightly beaten
tsp. seasoned salt

Preheat oven to 350. Grease oblong 13 x 9 pan. Mix all ingredients together and spread into pan. Bake until golden brown 25 to 45 minutes. Cut into 2 x 1 inch pieces. Makes about 4 dozen appetizers. You can also add 1 pound of browned ground meat or sausage (drain off fat) to the mixture to make a wonderful one dish meal!
