5 c. rolled oats
1 c. shredded coconut
1 c. sliced almonds
other dried fruit or nuts as desired

c. honey
c. oil
c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Put all dry ingredients in large bowl. Heat the honey, oil, brown sugar, and vanilla in a saucepan until it just starts to boil. Pour hot syrup over dry ingredients and mix well until all the oats are wet. Spread on a large cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Let cool, break apart and store in an airtight container.
