2 cups chicken, cooked an bite size
1 recipe marinade (see below)
1 (10 oz.) bag baby spinach
3 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges
1 bunch green onions
1 (6 oz.) bag craisins
1/2 cup thinly sliced almonds

1 cup vegetable oil
2/3 cup teriyaki sauce
2/3 cup white wine vinegar (can use regular vinegar)
3 T brown sugar
3 T sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

1. Mix together marinade ingredients (I use a shaker type bottle so I can shake it up). Pour half of the marinade in a resealable freezer bag. You will use the rest later
2. Add chicken and pasta to bag with marinade and seal closed. Let marinade in the fridge for at least an hour.
3. In a large bowl the rest of the ingredients. Add pasta and chicken and mix well. Add remaining marinade to taste.
