1/2 pound sausage
5 eggs
1 can large biscuits (8 or 10 count)
1 cup of cheese

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375º

Cook sausage until done, drain grease. Whisk eggs and add to sausage. Cook until eggs are no longer runny.
Use small amount of flour and flatten biscuits then roll with rolling pin. Put 1 or 2 spoonfuls of sausage and egg
mixture on each biscuit. Add cheese then starting at long end of biscuit roll up and fold over short ends. Pinch seams together. Place seam down on greased baking sheet. Place on middle oven rack. Bake for 13-15 minutes until golden brown.


I brush the tops with butter after they are cooked.
