Prime Rib Recipe

Rosemary Tobin


10 lb prime rib
1. cup soft butter
5. cloves minced garlic
1. Tbsp thyme, finely chopped
1/2. tsp oregano
1/4 tsp rosemary
Salt and pepper

Preheat oven 450 degrees
Mix all ingredients together, rib all over roast
Brown for 15-20 minutes on 450 degrees
Reduce heat to 325 degrees cook for
15 mines per lb for rare
Cook about 20 minutes per lb for med or well done

Take out of oven, let rest for about 10 minutes before cutting
