2 3/4 cup flour
2 t cream of tarter
1. Tsp baking soda
1/2. tsp salt
1. cup soft butter
1 1/4. cup sugar
1/2. cup brown sugar
2 large eggs
1/2 tbsp cinnamon

Preheat oven 325 degrees

Line cookie sheet with parchment paper

Mix flour, cream of tarter, baking soda, and salt
In a separate bowl hand mixer, beat butter, sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy about 2 minutes add eggs one at a time, and beat until well mixed
Fold in dry ingredients

In a plastic bag put cinnamon and sugar, make into 1 1/2 “ rolls
Put dough in plastic bag
To coat the dough, repeat twice
Put on cookie sheet about 2” apart

Bake until cookies start to slightly crack, about 9-10 minutes
Let cool on cookie sheet about 5 minutes before taking off the pan
