1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1/3 cup ketchup
1/3 cup sugar
15 drops red pepper sauce (tabasco or franks original red hot sauce)

Hot Mustard
1/4 cup of dry Chinese hot mustard
3 Tbsp plus 2 tsp water
